Finessa Supplement Facts: What The Printed Panel Says
One scoop of Finessa carries four blends: Polyphenol 1000 mg, Gut Health 755 mg, Liver Health 450 mg and a 52.5 mg probiotic blend, plus a 2 mg Akkermansia line. That is about 2.26 g of blend, with ten calories and three grams of carbohydrate alongside it. Each blend total is a total, not a per-name figure.

As printed on the panel shipped with the seller’s artwork. Serving size one scoop. Other ingredients: Resistant Dextrin, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Sea Salt, Stevia Extract (leaf), Silicon Dioxide.
The panel opens with the serving size, which is one scoop, and then gives five nutrient lines with numbers on them before the four blends begin. Everything below the blend headings is a name without a weight beside it — the heading carries the weight for the whole group.
Net weight is 3.38 oz, or 96 g, and the tub ships with the scoop in it. The seller sells one tub as a thirty-day supply, and that is the figure this desk costs, prices and plans against.
The five nutrients the Finessa panel puts a figure on
| Line | Amount | Daily Value | What on the label accounts for it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Calories | 10 | — | The carbohydrate in the fruit powders and the fibres. |
| Total Carbohydrate | 3 g | under 1% | The fruit and root powders, the fructooligosaccharides and the resistant dextrin together. |
| Selenium | 1 mcg | 2% | No added selenium ingredient appears in the list, so it arrives with the plant powders. |
| Sodium | 40 mg | 2% | The sea salt in the other-ingredients line. |
| Potassium | 10 mg | under 1% | The fruit and vegetable powders. |
Ten calories and three grams of carbohydrate is what a scoop weighs in nutritional terms, and it is a small number by design: this is a drink mix, not a meal replacement and not a fibre supplement. MedlinePlus puts adult fibre intake in grams a day rather than grams a scoop, so treat the three grams here as the ceiling for every fermentable fibre in the tub.
Selenium is the only micronutrient with a figure. One scoop declares 1 mcg against the 55 mcg adult allowance, printed on the panel as 2% of the Daily Value. It is a trace carried by the plants, and this tub is not a way to take selenium.
What a Finessa blend total does and does not tell you
A proprietary blend line prints one weight for a named group of ingredients. On this panel there are four of them: Polyphenol Blend 1,000 mg over nine names, Gut Health 755 mg over five, Liver Health Blend 450 mg over five, and Probiotic Blend 52.5 mg carrying 5 billion colony-forming units measured at the time of manufacture. The Akkermansia muciniphila AH39 line sits outside the four at 2 mg — the one bacterial name on this label with a weight of its own.
The labelling rule for dietary supplements permits that. It requires the blend to be named, the total to be given and the ingredients to be listed in descending order of weight, and it stops there. So the panel is doing what the rule asks, and the reader still gets a ceiling rather than an amount.
Read down the order and the ceiling tightens. Cinnamon is printed first inside Gut Health, which under that rule means it weighs at least as much as the ginger, cascara sagrada, licorice and fructooligosaccharides listed after it. That is the most the panel will tell you, and the dose table sets those ceilings against the amounts the published trials used.
Adding the four blends and the Akkermansia line gives 2,259.5 mg (about 2.26 g) a scoop. Against a scoop of about 3.2 g, the rest is the flavouring, the sweetener, the acid, the salt and the flow agent listed underneath.
What else is in a Finessa scoop
Six other ingredients sit below the blends, and they are why a fruit powder tastes like a drink and still scoops cleanly in week four.
Resistant dextrin
A soluble fibre in its own right, and the bulk that carries the rest of the scoop. It is an inulin-type fructan, so it belongs to the same family as the fructooligosaccharides in the Gut Health blend.
Natural flavours
The berry note. A collective term under the labelling rules, so the individual flavour components are not itemised on the panel.
Citric acid
The sharpness that stops a fruit powder tasting flat, and a mild preservative effect in the tub.
Sea salt
The source of the 40 mg of sodium the panel declares. Forty milligrams is roughly what a bite of bread carries.
Stevia extract, from the leaf
The sweetener. It is why ten calories a scoop can taste sweet, and why anyone who dislikes stevia should know it is in here before they buy six tubs.
Silicon dioxide
A flow agent. It keeps 96 g of hygroscopic fruit powder loose enough to scoop on day thirty rather than setting into a block.
Two of those six are worth a second look before an order. Stevia is a taste people have opinions about, and the tub is bought thirty or ninety or a hundred and eighty servings at a time. Silicon dioxide is an ordinary processing aid, and the seller’s seal calling the formula 100% natural ingredients sits on the same artwork as a panel that lists it and citric acid.
Thirty servings or fifty? What a Finessa tub can hold
| Reading | Scoops a tub | What a scoop then weighs | Does it fit the panel? |
|---|---|---|---|
| The panel’s servings-per-container line | 50 | 1.92 g | No. The same panel declares 3 g of carbohydrate in one scoop. |
| The seller’s thirty-day supply | 30 | 3.2 g | Yes. It clears the 3 g of carbohydrate and the 2,259.5 mg (about 2.26 g) of blends with room for the rest. |
Ninety-six grams is the net weight printed on the front of the tub. Divided fifty ways, a scoop weighs 1.92 g, which is less than the three grams of carbohydrate the same panel declares for one scoop and less than the blends alone. Divided thirty ways, a scoop weighs 3.2 g, which fits the blends, the carbohydrate, the flavouring, the sweetener and the flow agent together.
So thirty is the figure to act on, and it is also the figure the seller sells against: one tub is offered as a thirty-day supply, three tubs as ninety days and six as a hundred and eighty. The fifty on the panel does not reconcile with the rest of the panel, and this desk prices, costs and plans every page on thirty scoops a tub.
Three billion or five? The two Finessa culture counts
The Supplement Facts panel prints 5 billion colony-forming units for the 52.5 mg Probiotic Blend, measured at the time of manufacture. The front of the tub prints 3 billion. Both are the seller’s own artwork for the same product, and this desk publishes both rather than picking one quietly.
A count taken at manufacture is also not a count on the morning the tub is opened. Live cultures decline with time, warmth and moisture — which is why the phrase on the panel matters as much as the number.
The blend names its strains, which is the more useful half of the line: L. casei, L. acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, Clostridium butyricum and Streptococcus thermophilus, with Bacillus coagulans BC99, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA85, Bifidobacterium lactis BLa80 and Lactobacillus reuteri LR08 given as percentages of the blend. NCCIH is blunt about why that matters: a 2018 review of 53 studies in 5,545 people could not identify which species, strains or combinations are most likely to help, and a review of constipation in adults found the clearest signal for Bifidobacterium lactis, which is one of the four named here.
Who publishes this Finessa website?
This desk publishes what the tub says and marks where the seller says more than the tub does. The four claims below are the ones a sceptical reader can audit in ten minutes, which is the only reason to make them:
- The tub is the source. The claim lines, the net weight, the serving and every blend total come from the printed label and the Supplement Facts panel. Prices come from the seller’s order page, read on 18 September 2026, not from a review column.
- Blend totals, never invented amounts. The panel gives one figure for each of four blends and no figure for any single botanical, so this website prints the blend totals and stops there, including in the structured data a search engine reads.
- Sources are real and linked in the sentence. Every study cited here was confirmed against its own record before it was written down, and every government page was opened and checked by its title rather than assumed.
- Corrections change the date. Write to [email protected] and the review date at the foot of the page moves forward.
We earn when you buy. Getfinessa is the USA Authorized Finessa Retailer named at the top of this page, and this website makes money on orders placed through it. That is exactly why the blend-total notes, the three-star reviews and the cascara sagrada section are here: they are where our interest and yours pull apart, and you should be able to watch us choose.
Order support on +1 (302) 200-3480 handles tracking, changes, cancellations and refunds. It is not a sales line, and this website never presents it as a way to place an order: orders go through the checkout only.
