Finessa Refund Policy
You have 180 days from the date of purchase to ask for your money back on a Finessa order. Call the order line with your order ID first, then post the tubs to the returns address in New York with your full name, the email on the order and the order ID inside. Return postage is yours. The refund reaches the card in about a fortnight.

Two weeks between a delivered parcel and a settled card is normal. The third stage counts business days; the fourth does not.
What a Finessa refund covers
The purchase price of the tubs you send back. On the six-tub order there is nothing else in the total — United States shipping is free on that count and no delivery charge was ever added.
The one-tub and three-tub orders have shipping added at checkout, and the seller’s page does not print whether that charge comes back with the purchase price. Ask on the call that opens the return.
The three e-books carry no published value, so there is no figure to deduct and none is deducted.
Whether an opened Finessa tub can go back
It can. The window is written around a buyer who has tried the powder: the seller’s own answer to “what if it doesn’t work for me” assumes a tub that has been scooped from for weeks.

So four weeks is the earliest fair read and eight weeks is the honest one — the window gives you more than six times that.
